We get daily info and feedback that owners and captains are unhappy with the crews they employed from dockwalk or open online crew databases.

With more than 10 years experience and carefully listening why they are unhappy we decided to cooperate with well established Training Centers in Europe.

Beside the basic requirements for Yacht crew we provide special trainings for Mega Yachts together with the Captain or Owner.

This will guarantee a proper day to day work right from the start.

The standard certificate and the entry requirement for every Crew who wants to work on a Yacht is the STCW 95 Basic Safety Training which includes:

Yachtmaster ( RYA ) Offshore and Ocean including all nautical miles
